• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Depends on the item.

  Ready to ship items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Depending on location it can take 2-15 business days.

  Pre-order items are made-to-order. Depending on the item it may take up to a month or so to make and ship out. Once shipped it should take 2-15 business days depending on the location.

  Prints are printed from a third party company and are ordered in bulk each month. Those take 5-10 business days to arrive to me then will be signed, noted, etc and shipped to customers. The wait for prints is similar to all other pre-order items.

  Digital files are sent out within 48 hours after payment is approved.

• Do you do rush delivery/orders?

  It depends on your deadline and my schedule. I'm always willing to accommodate for rush orders but sometimes it's just not possible due to the amount of time it takes to make certain items. Feel free to contact me BEFORE purchasing so we can discuss your deadline and see if it's possible.

  There is an extra fee for rush orders.

• Do you write notes or sign your prints?

  As long as you let me know in the order notes when checking out, yes! :)

  Please let me know if you just want it signed, signed to someone specially, and/or to have a small message. If you're wanting a specific message it'll help a lot if you give me an idea of what you'd like it to address or respond to. As long as it's appropriate there'll be no problem! ^^ Otherwise, if you tell me you'd like a message I'll just havta come up with something creative myself (hallpp? D: I suffer from creativity blocks! .. xD).

  Unless told other wise, all signatures and messages will be written on the front of the print. I'll be more than happy to write any notes (or even a signature) on the back, just let me know in the order notes! :)

• Why does it take so long to send out templates?

  At the moment, Storenvy doesn't have an automated download system. This means I have to manually email out each order! This sometimes takes a while as there may be many orders and I'm not always at a computer. I try to check the shop and email out orders at least once a day. Meaning, if you've ordered after this, I may not be able to email out your patterns until the following day!

• How long should I expect my cosplay/plush items to take.

  Simpler plushies (typically the lower prices ones--like a voilding or snow day voilding) will only take about a month unless there were an extreme amount of orders around the same time. But a month is typically my goal to have it sent out, at the latest. Usually 2-3 weeks is the typical time expectancy.

  For larger plushies and cosplay props or accessories please prepare to have a month-two wait. Typically it's on the longer end. Do not order if you absolutely need these before then or contact me first to see if I would be able add in a rush delivery option at the time.

• Can I sell cosplays I make using your templates?

  No! My templates are for personal use only.

  You may not share my templates, resell them or sell any items made using my templates. If you're caught doing so, legal action may be taken.

  If you are seeking a business deal to product products using my templates, contact me and maybe we can work something out.

• I thought it was the actual costume. Can I get a return?

  No! I don't take returns on digital items under any circumstances. Sorry. My listings have made it very clear that it is NOT for the actual costume pieces. All titles, thumbnails and descriptions state the listing is for a pattern/template/digital file.

• What is Storenvy?

  This store is created with Storenvy, an online store builder and marketplace for inspired brands. As a shopper, you can discover and buy items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step at or open your own store for free.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
